Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, via the chosen payment method at check out and the funds will reflect within a certain amount of days.

Shipping on of exchange and refunds
Please notify us if you would like to return a product for any reason. Should your return be accepted you will need to arrange for the product to be sent to the following address at your cost; Shop 2, 9th Ave Walmer, PE
We will cover the cost of sending the replacement shoe to you if needed.
Once a return is received by us, we will asses the product and provide an exchange, voucher or refund as required.
